Arcadio Avalos, Harris County Pct. 2 713-455-0062 Lynchburg Ferry Traffic Operations The Lynchburg Ferry will operate at limited capacity while the Sterling is in dry dock for U. S. Coast Guard inspection. We anticipate the Sterling will be back in service by Tuesday, February 14. In the meantime the Hobby can only be operated with six passengers plus crew per the Coast Guard.
