Media Contact: Dinah Massie 713 591 6856 IH-10 Closed in Both Directions at Taylor St. Traffic may be affected for several hours Houston TranStar officials are notifying the public that all lanes of IH-10 at Taylor St. are closed in both directions because of an 18-wheeler accident involving several other vehicles. Although the vehicles involved have been removed, debris and diesel fuel are still obstructing the freeway. Texas Department of Transportation maintenance crews are en route; however, cleanup is expected to continue for at least two hours. Travelers are urged to take another route and monitor local news outlets for updated information. -30- |
