713-455-0062 Washburn Tunnel Traffic Advisory (January 6, 2010) Washburn Tunnel officials advise the public that the Washburn Tunnel will be closed this weekend starting Friday, January 8, at 12:00 Midnight and will be re-opened Monday, January 11, at 3:00 a.m. Camera systems are being upgraded during this time. Suggested Detours are: * 610 Ship channel bridge * East Sam Houston Park Way Bridge (toll is required) * Lynchburg Ferry No other roads will be affected while Precinct 2 completes their work. |
