- August 16, 2012 - - Media Contact: - Dinah Massie - 713.881.3244 - - - I-10 at McCarty Lane Closed in Both Directions - Travelers are urged to choose another route or departure time - - - Houston TranStar officials are advising the public that a jackknifed heavy truck with a fuel leak is blocking three eastbound main lanes of I-10 East at McCarty Lane.
